Snaggletooth - HA! (What if everyone always laughed with just one loud single syllable? I guess laughing wouldn't be as much fun because it could only last for a half second - or HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA - that would last about three seconds.)
Sailor Jenkins? Jenkins doesn't like the water so I don't think it is plausible for him to be a sailor, although I don't think that I have ever seen a sailor swim, so maybe he could be a sailor. Hmmm.

I think the lack of opposable thumbs and the fact that he is a foot tall would be more of a hindrance to becoming a sailor than the dislike of water.
